Estoppel Request Form

Use this form to submit a request for the preparation of an estoppel certificate prior to the completion of the sale of a property governed by Eagles Roost Homeowners Association.  We will contact the requestor using the email address provided on this form to notify the requestor what the cost of the estoppel certificate will be based upon the below criteria:

The base fee is $275 for parcels with no current delinquencies. Add $179 for parcels with outstanding delinquencies.  Add $199 for an expedited request (3 business days). 

Payment of the estoppel fee must be received before the estoppel certificate will be issued.  This fee is refundable should the closing fail to occur and the pending property sale is cancelled.
