Eagles Roost HOA is a well-established neighborhood comprised of 60 single family homes located just minutes from downtown Jacksonville, Florida.  Our community was established in 1992 as a deed restricted development located in the Arlington area of Jacksonville just east of downtown. 

We share our common entrance with another well-established POA community consisting of 30 single family homes called Eagles Landing. They were established in 1991 as phase 1 of our community development, a year earlier than Eagles Roost.  Although the two associations are independently managed by separate boards we work closely together to maintain our shared common entrance area.  All roads within our two communities are cul-de-sac streets, making this a quiet, peaceful community with no through vehicle traffic.
